Imperial Warehouses Building

The building itself far from disappoints. Built in 1875 as a thriving and super busy fruit warehouse, the building retains it’s unique Victorian character and charm. Tucked away from society in a small, quiet backstreet in Liverpool City Centre, the warehouse is extremely large with Crash Studios within the basement area.

In 1987, two professional musicians founded the then operational Crash Studios and undertook extensive refurbishment works to maintain the building for active public use. The original studios remained in operation for a much loved & successful 30 years, nurturing some of today’s world famous musicians. The doors where sadly closed due to the current planned development works that are being undertaken to bring a new lease of life to the premises.

Fun fact; the building & street was also featured in the smash hit Movie, 51st State with Samuel L. Jackson.
